On the 1st floor is the master bedroom, bathroom and WC. A fully equipped kitchen is connected to the dining room. There is also a large south terrace that runs along the entire first floor with fantastic view of the Hahnenkamm, mountain ranges and the town center.
On the second floor there are an additional two double bedrooms, a WC and bathroom with shower. There is also a large living area with a television, pull-out sofa, that can accommodate an additional 2 persons, and a daybed. There is another small balcony off of the living room. The windows on both sides of the upper floor allow fantastic views of the Hahnenkamm and Kitzbüheler Horn summits.
